Was here for a short stay. The location is perfect with easy access to everything, really friendly staff. Room definitely needs updates, felt a bit worn out. didn't get to enjoy any dining options due to renovation, just breakfast available. Caught some live music nearby, which was a nice surprise.

I had a lovely stay for one night in a Standard Double Room. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home right from check-in. The location was perfect for exploring Dundee, and I enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with freshly baked options. the decor felt a bit dated and could use some upgrading to match the welcoming atmosphere.

Had a chill time here! The corner room had awesome views, and I loved the Scottish breakfast, especially the kippers. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Just wish the tea was stronger, felt like I was drinking flavored water. But the vibe of the place made up for it.
